BTune connects securely to your existing BAS via our edge computer and cloud platform and begins to collect live and historical operational data for initial analysis of current building performance.

We map the building and utilize advanced FDD to identify inefficiencies as well as maintenance and comfort faults. We provide these initial findings to you in a report before any action is taken.
Deploy

With your approval, we begin deployment of override strategies, typically starting with a single zone on one floor to ensure no disruption or confusion for the building team before rolling out fully.

Monthly
We measure each month's savings against an energy baseline of prior performance. At the end of the month, savings are updated into the portal and we invoice you for our share of the savings.
