BTune connects directly to your building’s existing automation system through a small on-site edge device, easily installed with just a power and ethernet cable. The device enables two-way communication with the BAS, allowing BTune to both read data and write analytically-based optimal setpoints back based on data such as measured indoor, outdoor, and energy price conditions.

Qualifications
To enable BTune's technology and pricing model, a building needs to spend at least $175,000 annually on energy (electricity + gas) and have an open-protocol BAS (e.g., BACnet).
In some cases, our solution can be enabled with a few additional steps, such as the installation of gateways or smart thermostats.
